Changing the World…One Garment At A Time

What is Atlanta Sustainable Fashion Week?

 Meet Our Founder

Tanjuria Willis is the Founder and creative force behind Atlanta Sustainable Fashion Week (ATSFW), and Owner of eKlozet Luxury Consignment Boutique.

In 2014, Tanjuria pursued her passion for both fashion and entrepreneurship by opening a luxury consignment boutique, eKlozet, in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA.  eKlozet leverages fashion to help women discover and embrace their beautiful, both inside and out.  She has styled Emmy Award winners, actors and actresses and business executives.

Since its inception, she has procured clothing from the set of Own TV’s Greenleaf, produced fashion shows for the French Chamber of Commerce as well as the eKlozet runway show, been a finalist for a Moxie Award, become a member of the Female Founder Collective and is a graduate for the 2020 City of Atlanta Women Entrepreneurship Initiative (WEI) Cohort; and a graduate of the first City of Atlanta Office of International Affairs Women Export University Cohort.  Tan also volunteers with Girl Scouts via their mentorship program, Camp CEO.

Through her work with eKlozet she began to learn more about the impact of synthetic textiles used in Fast Fashion, and how these discarded materials were creating dangerous toxicity levels in landfills.  As she learned more, she became determined to give the issue a platform via fashion and founded the first sustainable fashion week in Atlanta, Georgia in October of 2021.  All designers use recycled, repurposed or sustainable textiles to create their fashion designs.

Tan graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical University.

As a Chicago native, she loves Chicago House Music, Chicago Beef, Da Bears, Traveling….

She is married to her best friend, Greg and dotes on daughter Greer and stepson Akhad.
